Traffic Safety Digests of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration In late 2004 and early 2005, the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Laws and Ordinances (NCUTLO) took over the production of three of NHTSA's major traffic safety summary compilations. The Vehicle Occupant Protection Digest, The Speed Digest and The Alcohol Digest were sent to the NCUTLO for research, updating and production. We are very pleased to report that all three Digests are now complete and available by clicking on the appropriate link below.
